Keeps asking for a rating

This apps lets you make a decent collage very quickly. You don’t have much control over the layout of photos but can keep pressing shuffle until you get a layout that is pleasing to the eye.
A MAJOR annoying factor is that is keeps asking you to rate the application. There is no option to skip it. In the course of building several collages I kept getting a popup to rate the application and best I could do was click “remind me later”. When I buy an application I don’t expect to be pestered for a rating - that is my choice. My hope is that by posting this review I can get the annoying popup to finally stop.
